Here at Dynamite Valley, we’re proud to be producing delicious Real Ale, crafted in Cornwall

We have spent many years sharing our passion for beer locally. Our ales are available on tap in our Beer Cafe and in pubs and restaurants across Cornwall.  Our hand-wrapped bottles and cans are also available from the brewery and retailers for you to enjoy at home, or even share with your friends.

In more recent years our beers have become available at decerning retailers throughout the country.

We endeavour to provide a varied and distinct range of styles. From a traditional crisp Golden Ale thru to more modern-styled hazy unfiltered beers, with Ambers, IPAs and even a Pilsner in the mix of the dozen or so beers in our range. Take a look below to see what we do!

Our Beers

  • GOLD RUSH - 4% - Crisp Golden Ale (bottle & cask)

    Our award-winning flagship ale. This classic and refreshing easy-drinking beer is very sessionable

  • PIONEER - 4.2% - Orange Wheat Beer (bottle)

    Crisp, light, Belgian-style beer with an orange kick (new recipe, now crystal)

  • AMBRYS - 4.3% - Cornish Amber Ale (cask)

    A slightly toasty malt-flavoured amber ale with a subtle hint of fruit

  • KENNALL VALE PALE - 4.3% Pale Ale (bottle & cask)

    Fresh and easy drinking with a hint of lemon and peach flavours

  • VIADUCT - 4.4% - Cornish Pale Ale (can & cask)

    A hazy pale ale, triple-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, unfiltered for a fuller taste

  • POWDER WORKS - 4.5% - Cornish Pilsner (can)

    Conditioned for three months in Dynamite Valley before canning for a true Pilsner-style lager

  • TNT IPA - 4.8% - American-style IPA (bottle & cask)

    Hop and pine notes on the nose, with a light hue and a peach and grapefruit taste

  • BLACK CHARGE - 5% - Oatmeal Stout (bottle & cask)

    This multi-award-winning stout has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with awell-balanced malty body

  • BRIAN - 5% - Special Bitter (bottle & cask)

    Well rounded, complex amber coloured ale, with caramel and floral flavours and a sweet finish

  • FROG HILL - 6% - Cornish IPA (can & cask)

    Generously hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic, this hazy, light but full-flavoured IPA is unfiltered for a fuller taste

  • SPLANN - 6.3% - Cornish ESB (bottle & cask)

    Ruby red, single-hopped with a rich, fresh and floral hoppy finish (Splann is the Cornish word for Splendid)

Ordering our beers

Public

Our brewery ’shop’ is usually open six days a week – 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, 12 noon until 6pm on Saturday.
