Guest Brewer & Rosa’s Ruby Mild

Had the pleasure (?) of having a guest brewer’s apprentice this week, in the shape of Matt Reay from the multi Camra award winning ‘The Front’ in Falmouth.

The plan was to brew a ‘Mild’ for May, when I asked Matt if we should go old, traditional 3%er or Sarah Hughes style, he laughed and mocked me.

So, coming soon is ‘Rosa’s Ruby Mild’ (named after my twin girls) which will weigh in at a little under 6%.
